RM,
Hi Pal, I recommend a nice book for you to read,by Malcom Gladwell, Outliers.

In one of the chapters , he talked about society where communications based a lot on hint sending (like those of many Asian), and wait for message recipient to interpret it, can be a real problem. He also briefly discussed why message did not get across with disastrous consequences. (Korean air crash in Guam was one case mentioned)

If , too many hint were used to sound politically correct, the actual intended message will get lost , remedial action will come too late and its efficacy to cure the illness will be will be lost as well. How the term, too little too late, come about.

Thanks for dropping by..

Well, brother, in this part of the world, the society "believes" that by sending out message like that, "siapa yang makan cili, dia yang merasa pedas". Of course, I agree with you. However, different people interpret things differently. Furthermore, different companies have different culture or philosophy on flexi hour. Take it easy, man.
